1. Acceptance of Terms

3. Account Registration & KYC

8. Account Suspension & Termination

gl888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe as requested.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal conduct.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from the player's bank or payment provider.
• Court order, PAGCOR directive, or other regulatory instruction requiring account action.
• Player-initiated account closure request.

Upon account termination for breach of these Terms, gl888 reserves the right to void any pending bonuses or bonus-derived winnings. Account balances representing verified real-money deposits (net of applicable deductions) will be returned to the player subject to identity verification, except where prohibited by law or regulatory directive.

gl888's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms or the Platform — whether in contract, tort, statute, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the player into their gl888 account during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

gl888 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components.
